Order Processing:

  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after receiving your order confirmation email.
  • Please note that we do not ship on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Estimated delivery times will be provided during checkout.

Shipping Locations:

  • We currently ship to addresses within Canada. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.

Order Tracking:

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package until it arrives at your doorstep.

Shipping Delays:

  • While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, please note that shipping delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, carrier delays, or high demand. If your order is delayed, we will notify you as soon as possible.

Lost or Damaged Packages:
